Regal Technical & Training Solutions ("RTNTS", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect special-category data unless it is strictly necessary for a service you have asked us to provide.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with trusted service providers (for example, our website host, email provider and the Cloudflare service that protects our forms from spam), all of whom are bound to protect it, or where we are required to do so by law.
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as we provide services to you plus any period required by law (typically up to 6 years for accounting records). After that, data is securely deleted.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and secure hosting — to keep your information safe.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@rtnts.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
